How ATLAirportJobs.com Handles Information
Effective date: August 21, 2026
ATLAirportJobs.com is operated by Airport Career Exchange LLC.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, account login details, saved jobs, job alert preferences, reminder choices, and candidate profile information.
We may also collect activity data such as job searches, filters used, job detail views, saved jobs, alert signups, application intent records, and clicks to original employer postings.
If you arrive from a marketing campaign, we may store attribution information such as source, medium, campaign, ad set, keyword, landing page, referrer, and device type so we can understand which campaigns help candidates find jobs.
Public Job Posting Data
ATLAirportJobs.com may collect and process public job posting information from employer career pages, job boards, and other public sources. We use this information to categorize, summarize, and link candidates back to the original posting.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the marketplace, show relevant jobs, save candidate preferences, send job alerts or reminders, improve search and categorization, detect configuration or system issues, and help employers understand aggregate candidate interest.
We may use aggregate metrics, such as impressions and outbound clicks, to show employers how ATLAirportJobs.com is helping direct candidates to public job postings.
Email and Text Alerts
If you sign up for job alerts, we use your email address and, if provided and opted in, your phone number to send job-related alerts or reminders. Verification may be required before alerts are activated.
You may unsubscribe from email alerts using the unsubscribe option when available. If SMS messaging is active, you may reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
Analytics, Advertising, and Cookies
We may use analytics and marketing tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Microsoft Clarity to measure site usage, campaign performance, job searches, account creation, job alerts, saved jobs, external apply clicks, and aggregate conversion results.
These tools may use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, or similar technologies. Where required, we provide a consent control so visitors can choose whether optional analytics and marketing technologies are used.
Microsoft Clarity may provide session recordings, heat maps, click tracking, scroll depth, rage-click, and dead-click insights. We use these tools to improve usability and marketing performance, not to collect sensitive employment history.
Original Employer Sites
When you click an original posting link, you leave ATLAirportJobs.com and visit an employer site or job board. Their privacy policy and terms apply to information you submit there. ATLAirportJobs.com does not control those third-party sites.
Service Providers
We may use service providers to host the site, manage authentication, store data, send email or text alerts, process future payments, monitor errors, and measure site activity. These providers should only use information as needed to provide their services to ATLAirportJobs.com.
Information Shared With Employers
In the MVP, candidates generally apply on the original employer site. We may share aggregate marketplace metrics with employers, such as views, saves, alerts, and outbound clicks. We do not sell candidate profile information.
If future features allow candidates to apply directly through ATLAirportJobs.com or request employment verification, the platform should clearly explain what information is shared before it is submitted.
Employment Verification Privacy
Employment verification records should be limited to objective facts. The platform should not collect performance ratings, attendance records, disciplinary notes, termination reasons, rehire eligibility, private employer comments, or other blacklist-style information.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no website or database can be guaranteed completely secure. Admin access should be limited to authorized users.
Your Choices
You can choose not to create an account, not to save jobs, and not to sign up for alerts. You may request that your candidate profile or job alert information be updated or deleted, subject to operational and legal requirements.
You can choose “Essential Only” in the cookie notice to decline optional analytics and marketing scripts in browsers where that choice is available.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy as the platform evolves. The effective date will show when the policy was last updated.
